Job Description

Who You Are:
 
Our Inbound Sales team is in need of an experienced sales leader who wants to win big and help shape customer growth for the organization. You are committed to winning new customer’s trust, disrupting the industry, and maximizing the wallet share of the Formstack's customer base, that could further benefit from the broad collection of products across the suite. This is an opportunity to help shape some of the finest solution sellers within Formstack’s horizontal industry approach to growth efforts.
 
How You Will Succeed:
 
- Develop and implement target account strategies and opportunity development plans supporting team wide quota objectives
- Help your team further expand outreach, connect with, and close upsell, cross-sell, and expansion business to decimate growth goals
- Remove barriers, friction points, and obstacles necessary to fuel the growth engine
- Build, manage, motivate, and retain top-level talent 
- Coach into complete solution sales-cycle for high-level clients, often presenting to C-Level, VP, and Director-level executives the value of our product
- Forecast team sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating & retaining satisfied customers
- Evangelize the Formstack vision through enhancing product demonstrations, in-market events, and new sales initiatives
- Provide input to the Product Roadmap to help meet the needs of high-value prospects
- Develop cross-departmental cohesion with an emphasis on relationship-building
- Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned territory and accounts
- Help build and scale new processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and more
- Conduct territory/vertical identification and research, to help formalize the go-to-market strategy
- Develop a pipeline of strategic partnershipsInfluence assigned accounts retention, MRR, and client satisfaction for all enterprise-level core & ads accounts
 
What We Are Looking For:
 
- 2+ years of SaaS GTM sales leadership experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Natural leader with excellent collaboration skills to share findings across the companyExperience managing the sales cycle from user/business champion, to the catalyst, or C-Level
- Fearless, adaptive attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a sales engine
- Track record of helping team to over-achieve on quota in past positions
- Track record of success building relationships with clients and creating multi-channel marketing strategies and showcasing performance to illustrate value
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- Empathetic, authentic, charismatic, and passionate 
- Prepared to roll up the sleeves, and work shoulder to shoulder with the frontlines 
- Develop deep level depth & knowledge of the customer, and an understanding of the implications of the knowledge.
