Job Description

The Earnings Analyst is responsible for performing data preparation and activities designed to support agent earnings/commission. This role will also have an added emphasis on supporting our franchise agents and/or our inside sales team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented and has strong interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
•Maintains earnings and commission statistics by collecting, calculating, and entering data
•Resolves earnings and commission discrepancies by gathering and analyzing information 
•Provides earnings and commission information by answering questions and requests 
•Upholds agent confidence and protects earnings operations by keeping information confidential
•Upholds employee confidence and protects commission operations by keeping information confidential
•Communicates with agents and employees through email and phone answering and solving any discrepancies
•Evaluate with agents their estimated vs actual monthly numbers (Revenue and Gross Profit)
•Process and evaluate agencies monthly for adjustment data
•Review with agents their AR aging and provide suggestions on how to maintain low receivables
•Meet with different departments to review and solve system issues that affect agent earnings and inside sales commissions
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
•Strong people and customer service skills
•Organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
•Ability to handle sensitive/confidential material
•Strong attention to detail
•Able to communicate in a professional manner with various levels of management
•General Math Skills
•Experience working with Core Commissions, Command Center, Carrier Rate, & MAS500 preferred
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
•Bachelors Degree 
•2+ years of financial analysis preferred
