Position Overview:

 

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations & Data Analyst to enhance our marketing operations team. You will play a key role in developing and executing best-in-class marketing technology and operational processes. Collaborating closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations and other functions in a matrix environment, you will ensure that our technology and processes aligns with business objectives for our teams.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, biz dev, and sales teams to develop and activate programs, lists, and other deliverables using best practices and optimized processes.

  • Innovation in Operations:

Continuously enhance our marketing operations engine through process improvements, documentation and training and enablement for our teams.

  • Problem Solving:

Utilize critical thinking skills to architect solutions for complex business challenges in a CI/CD development environment.

  • Quality Assurance:

Serve as the gatekeeper of quality by managing end-to-end regression testing and QA to ensure timely delivery in alignment with service-level agreements and sprint cycles.

  • Data Management:

Oversee database quality by maintaining programs that cleanse and enhance our data through tools such as Marketo, ZoomInfo, and RingLead.

Qualifications

What You'll Need: 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar operational functions (e.g., Sales Ops, Rev Ops).

  • 2+ years of experience with Marketo required; Marketo Expert Certification preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce required, with emphasis in report building and marketing attribution, etc.

  • Experience with data orchestration technologies such as RingLead, Dataloader.io, or DemandTools is required.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business challenges and provide solutions using process and technology.

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel is required; experience with SQL, DAX, and/or data analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

  • Familiarity with API/Webhooks, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technical skills needed for developing integrated systems and marketing assets is preferred.

  • Understanding of B2B marketing concepts, including lead management, demand generation, nurturing, and governance.

  • Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment or Agile methodology, preferably in Jira.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related technical field is required.

  • Proven track record of success and commitment to achieving goals.
