As Vehlo’s Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our sales processes. You will assist in the coordination and execution of training programs, the preparation of sales materials, and the organization of cross-departmental communications. This position involves managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the seamless flow of information to empower our sales team. What You'll Do:

  • Assist in creating high-quality sales materials and training programs that provide real value to the sales team and drive results.
  • Develop, maintain, and organize sales collateral and resources, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking attendance, and compiling training feedback.
  • Assess and maintain accurate records of sales enablement initiatives and performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Support the development of reporting dashboards and documentation for sales processes and tools.
  • Work as a liaison between sales and marketing/product/operations ensuring a seamless quote-to-cash process.
  • Manage and maintain updated playbooks, job aids, and alignment of the content with Subject Owners and Leaders
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sales reps, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Aid in supporting sales reps as a Tier one process and internal technology stack expert. Drive reps to successful outcomes with accurate escalation paths and guides.
  • Anticipate the sales teams’ needs and proactively provide the resources and support they need to succeed.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years experience in a high-performance B2B SaaS sales organization in sales, sales operations, enablement, or learning and development
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience a plus
  • 1-2 years of Sales loft (or similar tool like Gong, Outreach, Litmos) experience preferred
  • General understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Exposure to content management and learning management systems
  • Exposure and knowledge of sales methodologies like Challenger Sale, Sandler, Winning by Design high desired.
  • Availability to travel up to 15% (flexible schedule)
