Your Role: #The Account Executive is a true sales hunter, primarily responsible for growing market share with clients within a defined territory or vertical market segment. Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new client opportunities with a clearly defined territory sales strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize various methodologies to identify and engage new potential customers.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new business prospects, engaging prospective customers by phone and email and creating new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Managers and Sales Directors to accelerate our Pipeline growth.
  • Meet or exceed the goals for lead generation & pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and outcomes within the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Attend and contribute to regular sales team meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation.
  • Utilize Various software Programs as needed, such as:

    ○    Office 365
    ○    Google Suite
    ○    Hubspot Sales Software

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage prospects.
  • Entry-level experience in sales and marketing experience.
  • Highly energetic and passionate self-starter who is eager to learn.  
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Prior CRM knowledge or experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to operate in a team environment and be a team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Must be willing to learn and use HubSpot and/or other applications as determined by the company.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be organized, productive, and results-driven.
