What does it mean to be a Operator Customer Success at ZeroNorth?

Qualification

  • Preferably 4/E, 3/E, 3/O or 2/O onboard merchant vessels

Key Skills

  • Formal education from a maritime institute
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office / Google Suite
  • Proficiency in handling large data sets (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Skilled in designing PPT and Dashboards -Create, format & edit presentations and marketing materials

Essential Job Functions

  • Data analysis and performance diagnosis
  • Assist in incident investigation and providing insights
  • Showcase value through customer KPIs and reports
  • Conduct surveys on customer engagement and product satisfaction
  • Routine monitoring of the product
  • Identify issues / bugs / data gaps proactively
  • Regularly liaise internally for issue resolution
  • Update project management documents
