ABOUT YOU:
The Customer Care Agents assist in all aspects of customer service including providing customer with information in response to inquiries about products or services. This is over the phone, email, and other means of communication. You will become an expert in our Legacy Touch products, which have loved ones fingerprints engraved in jewelry and other keepsake items: www.legacytouch.com
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Tertiary completion, equivalent to high school diploma
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to accurately key in data from several sources
• A professional attitude and excellent listening skills, empathy for the customer is a plus!
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Goal oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively and work efficiently with people at all levels in an organization
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, proficient in English
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs – Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with web-based e-commerce/CRM back-end administration a plus
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
• Handle additional client inquiries by email, phone, or other channels of communication
• Respond to internal and external client inquires in a prompt and professional manner
• Demonstrate effective teamwork skills by knowledge sharing
• Takes on formally assigned additional duties as a part of routine job performance
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Represent department and the organization favorably and in accordance with established Company standards and associate attributes at all times
• Other duties as assigned
