The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) leads successful implementation and onboarding of Anyone Home's products for new and existing customers. The Project Manager assesses and consults on configuration needs, coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to clients, Account Managers, Sales, and management.

What You'll Do

The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) leads successful implementation and onboarding of Anyone Home's products for new and existing customers. The Project Manager assesses and consults on configuration needs, coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to clients, Account Managers, Sales, and management.

  • Assess client needs based on the product purchased and how the client operates;  determine the needed configuration for a successful implementation.
  • Coordinate implementation tasks with Implementation Specialists
  • Good time management skills; keep set deadlines and prioritize to accommodate multiple projects running simultaneously.
  • Maintain project plan and data integrity. Make sure all data is entered accurately and on time.
  • Communicate status and progress of projects.  This includes communications internally and externally with clients regarding project updates, changes, and any identified roadblocks.
  • Negotiate; work to build collaboration and compromise on items that cause friction or conflict including aligned project outcome, expectations, personality differences, and collateral retrieval.

    • Minimum of 2 years project management and implementation experience
    • SaaS support, account management, project management, or implementation experience
    • Apartment industry experience

Education Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • Some College preferred
