Your Role At Impact.com:
The Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships will oversee and manage key enterprise relationships( both buyers and sellers). They will be responsible for supporting, driving and executing the strategy to support growing partnerships and their partners and help with the successful development of Impact’s offer exchange. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the offer onboarding team as well as the offer sales team members to increase offer revenue for strategic distribution partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Be the day to day point person for a Enterprise Strategic partners
- Resolve challenges and questions by collaborating with other internal teams including The Partnerships Lab, Offer Onboarding, Offer Sales, Product, Marketing and other groups to get to the best resolution possible for the client and their brand partners
- Identify and escalate challenges and opportunities for expansion early, succinctly and with a potential resolution
- Conduct and lead weekly check-ins with the multiple teams
- Work closely with the offer sales team and join or lead calls with potential new brand partners
- Support the team in hitting revenue and offer team goals
- Prepare & deliver account performance presentations and updates to the partner and Impact internal teams
- Answer partner questions about opportunity value, uses, integrations, and implementation.
- Drive active engagement by all internal and external stakeholders necessary to assist closing a new offer deal or renewal
- Update client and any new offer activity and revenue achievement daily in Salesforce/Asana
- As this is a new role, continuous improvement on the process will be required. Offer development is still nascent and will need to be consistently refined.
- Nice to have the Free Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA.
Core Competencies/Required Experience:
- Account Management /Director Experience (4+ years)
- Excellent verbal and written skills (emails, presentations, in-person skills)
- Technical Product Knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and account activity targets
- Knowledge of salesforce or related CRM for analysis and documenting client and sales activity
- A preference for entrepreneurial, innovative work environment vs. a highly structured operating framework
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Optimistic, approachable, collaborative and relationship-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables within required time frame
- Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills that help solve problems
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of Impact’s Partnership Cloud and strong understanding of the affiliate/partnership/media/offer ecosystem
7 Month Full Time Contract Opportunity: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, plus Benefits (possible extension)
