Why this role is exciting:
As a Creator Growth Manager - NAM, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of creators, based in North America, on both the Impact.com and Activate platforms.
This is a hybrid position that needs to be commutable to an impact.com office when it's necessary to be in-office but is mostly remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of creators based in North America
- Respond to creator emails + questions in a timely manner
- Explain how to use Impact.com & Activate technology
- Direct to proper channels for tech or payment issues
- Grow portfolio
- Proactively email & schedule calls with portfolio for data reviews + strategy sessions
- Recommend brand programs to your creator to grow partnerships
- Growing sales - YoY, MoM, QoQ via GTV
- Be the voice of the creator internally
- Provide product recommendations on behalf of your portfolio
- Represent your portfolio for brand recommendations and publicity opportunities
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years experience in creator management
- Experience in crafting 1:1 and mass-messaging communications
- Experience in educating + training new tech/platforms to clients
- Experience in the affiliate marketing space preferred, but not required

- Available during generic NAM business hours M-F
- Light travel potential for in-person client meetings
Salary range: $96,000-$120,000 per year, plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant and additional variable commission incentive bonus (Potential $24,000-$30,000 based on quota)
