The SBS Account Executive (Small Business Solutions) position at Worldwide Express is a unique and rewarding business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunity for the salesperson looking for unlimited growth potential with lead generation. The SBS Account Executive will take a step-by-step approach to engage, develop, and transition customer accounts from a pre-approved contact list. The SBS Account Executive leverages WWEX product and service offerings to present solutions to customer shipping and logistics challenges.


•Qualify inbound marketing sourced leads and self-generate high value leads by collecting business intelligence and identifying key decision makers

•Interact by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives

•Work with experienced sales reps to identify and set meetings with high quality prospects

•Introduce new customer support team and assist with the transition of billing information

•Solution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis

•Present a streamlined technology solution through detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes

•Lead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume

•Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction

•Take the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process

•Close, activate and train decision makers on our exclusive shipping platform
