MAIN TASKS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Work with LTL Sales and Management teams and carriers.
•Handle escalated credit requests.
•Answer incoming phone calls and tickets via Salesforce from LTL sales and management teams.
•Assist franchisees and corporate stores with all aspects of LTL shipping and tracking.
•File lost/damage claims of packages.
•Request credits and follow through to completion.
•Provide follow-up to franchisees and corporate stores, support and sales staff in a timely manner.
•Stay up-to-date on changes with policies and procedures
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
•2 – 4 years of customer service experience is ideal
•Bachelors Degree, preferred. High School Diploma required
•Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within shipping business
