Designed to be an integral part of the UPS support structure. Focus on providing support to sales staff within Worldwide Express. In addition, the UPS Support Specialist – Team Lead role works closely with UPS to field requests and escalate issues as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Serve as a liaison between UPS, the corporate support team and WWE sales offices.
•Handle escalated credit requests.
•Answer incoming phone calls and tickets via ZenDesk.
•Assist sales staff with all aspects of UPS shipping and tracking.
•Assist sales staff on WWE and UPS shipping platforms.
•Assist in open escalations.
•Provide follow-up to sales staff in a timely manner.
•Stay up-to-date on changes with UPS policies and procedures.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma
0-2 years’ relevant experience.
